I'm a senior, branding and family photographer based in the Sarasota area of SWFL. I love all things sand, sun and sea, so I moved to Florida in 2019. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made!

I'll help you with all the details of your session such as what to wear, the best time of day to have your session, what location to choose, and most importantly what to do during the session! I'll help you feel comfortable, confident, and at ease. No worries during our time together - just fun!
You want a mix of posed and candid photos. I'm traditional in the sense that I love a lightly posed (not stiff and uncomfortable!) photo of everyone (or just you) looking at the camera and smiling. However, I also love to let you be YOU during your session so that I can capture the authentic, candid moments during our time together.

Beckah photographed my extended family of 10 people and did a beautiful job of capturing my family in photos I will always cherish. From my four month old son, to my 89 year old grandfather, she made all of us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She offered pose suggestions but we didn’t feel or look forced. My two year old son can be camera shy and she knew all the tricks to get him to smile and open up in front of the camera. We all had so much fun and created a great memory together that we get to relive through Beckah’s photos. 10/10 recommend!

Beckah was a breath of fresh air to work with! We ended up having the windiest day of the year and she still captured our pics perfectly! It was so nice to have someone so flexible!! She also understood what having a toddler is actually like and worked around my son’s nap. My entire family adored Beckah. She made everyone comfortable, laugh, and not feel rushed. She captured so many great photos in such a quick time. We wish she lived in Illinois…. But we definitely will be back for updated family pics on our next vacation!
